Who we are
This website, stoprepossession.co.uk, is a trading name of TFS Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11248529), with its registered office at 148 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 4LZ. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean TFS Global Ltd, trading as stoprepossession.co.uk. TFS Global Ltd is the "controller" of the personal information you give us through this site.

What we collect
When you complete the callback request form, we collect:
- your name and telephone number;
- your email address;
- the address and postcode of the property, and the town or area;
- the option you choose to describe your situation (for example, missed payments or a court date);
- the date and time of your request, the page you used, and, if you arrived through a link or advert, basic tracking details such as the source and campaign.
Please do not put health details or other very sensitive information in the form. You can tell us anything you need to when we speak to you.
Our hosting and security providers also process technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, so the site works and stays secure.

The tick box on the form confirms you agree to be contacted. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by telling us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the site. They may only use your information on our instructions.
- Supabase (database) stores your enquiry on servers in London, UK.
- Resend (email) delivers the notification of your enquiry to our team, using its Ireland (EU) region.
- Vercel (website hosting) serves this website and runs the form, using its London region.
- postcodes.io receives the postcode characters you type into the postcode box, so it can suggest and complete postcodes. It does not receive your name or contact details.
Our brands. We are a trading name of TFS Global Ltd. If the help you need is a service provided by one of our other brands, for example finance or the purchase of a property, we may pass your details to that brand so that it can contact you about it. We will make this clear to you before we do so, and we will only share what that brand needs in order to get in touch and look at your circumstances. Those brands must keep your information confidential and use it only for that purpose. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own marketing, and we do not sell them.
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with a court, regulator or the police, or with our professional advisers.
Where your information is processed
Your enquiry is stored on servers in London, UK. Notification emails are sent through Resend's Ireland (EU) region, and the UK treats the EU as providing an adequate level of protection. Our providers are US-owned companies, so where they can access information from outside the UK or EU, they must use the UK's approved safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
If we cannot help or you decide not to go ahead, we keep your enquiry for 12 months and then delete it. If we start working together, we keep your records for as long as we need to in order to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information, in some cases;
- ask us to restrict or stop using it, in some cases;
- object to us using it where we rely on legitimate interests;
- withdraw your agreement to be contacted at any time;
- ask for the information you gave us in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, contact us at help@stoprepossession.co.uk. We will normally reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. TFS Global Ltd is registered with the ICO under registration number ZB299672.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
